What happens when you convert Procreate to PDF
- Every visible layer is combined as Procreate shows it: opacity, blend modes, clipping masks, layer masks, groups and the background color (or transparency, when the background is hidden).
- A few blend modes browsers can't draw (Subtract, Linear Burn, Hard Mix, Vivid, Linear and Pin Light, Lighter and Darker Color, Divide) are drawn as Normal, so layers using them can look slightly different.
- Transparency is kept.
- Each image becomes a page. Choose a page size, or merge several images into one PDF.
Want to keep the layers editable instead? Rindraw opens .procreate files with their layers on iPad, iPhone and Mac.

Frequently asked questions
Is it safe to convert my files here?
Yes. Conversion happens entirely in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to a server, so nobody else can see them.
Is it free? Are there limits?
It's completely free, with no sign-up, watermarks or daily limits. The only limit is your device's memory for very large files.
Can I convert many Procreate files at once?
Yes. Drop as many files as you like; they're converted one after another and you can download them all as a ZIP.
Are layers kept?
No. The file is flattened into a single image, exactly as it looks. Keep the original if you still need the layers.
Can I open a .procreate file on Windows or a PC?
Procreate only runs on iPad and iPhone. To see or share the artwork anywhere else, convert it here to PNG or JPG: it works in any browser, and the file never leaves your device.
